Behavioral Assessment

All new dogs must complete the online setup process before scheduling their evaluation.

Step 1: Set Up Your Online Profile

Head to our online booking system (ProPet) and complete the following steps:

  1. Create profiles for both you and your pup (photos help us get to know you!)

  2. Upload required documents:

    • Rabies vaccine

    • DAPP vaccines

    • Negative fecal test with Giardia screening

    • Puppies (2–10 months) must have all age-appropriate vaccines and a clean fecal test

  3. Enter payment information (you won’t be charged until your evaluation is confirmed)

  4. Complete the Evaluation Questionnaire

    • Once submitted, we’ll review it and contact you with any questions and next steps.

Note: The evaluation cannot be scheduled until all forms and documents are received and reviewed.

Cost: $45 (includes evaluation + trial daycare day)

  • Puppy Meet & Greet (2–10 months) + First Daycare Day: $45

  • Payment is collected once your evaluation is scheduled and confirmed.

Evaluation Day Schedule

9:00 AM – Arrival & Introduction

  • Park by the big blue barn (facing the wooden fence)

  • A team member will greet you and guide you through a calm on-leash walk around the parking area to ease your pup into the space

  • Then your pup will be allowed a short off-leash intro while we begin observing their comfort level

  • You’ll receive a short facility tour and have a chance to ask any questions

  • We’ll kindly ask you to exit calmly (no big goodbyes!) to help your dog settle in

9:30 AM – Evaluation Begins

  • Your dog will rest in a quiet kennel for about 30 minutes to decompress and take in new sights, smells, and sounds

  • Next, we’ll spend one-on-one time with them to build trust and comfort

  • Then we’ll introduce Harper, our sweet, neutral evaluation dog, to observe your pup’s social cues, greeting style, and play interest

  • If all goes well, we’ll bring them inside the barn for another layer of social evaluation

  • We gradually work up to introducing them to a small group of mellow, friendly dogs — assessing comfort, adaptability, and ability to redirect

12:30 PM – Pick-Up & Debrief

  • We’ll walk you through your dog’s progress and let you know what to expect for their first full trial day

  • If needed, we may suggest an extra daycare visit before boarding, especially for dogs who are still warming up

What’s Next: Trial Daycare

After a successful evaluation, we’ll schedule your pup’s first full daycare day:
Drop-off: 6:30–8:30 AM
Pick-up: 4:00–6:00 PM

Why This Process Matters

Every dog is different. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, safe, and positive introduction to our off-leash play environment. The gradual approach allows your pup to build confidence while we get a full picture of their needs, social style, and personality.

If your dog needs a little more time to adjust — that’s perfectly okay! We’ll tailor the experience to move at their pace.

All-Inclusive, Always

No hidden fees here. Playtime, enrichment, medications, snuggles, elderly care, and one-on-one attention are all included in your dog’s stay — because we believe great care should come standard.

If you have any questions or scheduling needs, don’t hesitate to call or message us directly through ProPet. We can’t wait to welcome you and your pup to camp!
